Dr. PK Saha Hospital Pvt. Ltd., Cooch Behar, West Bengal, is a 150 Bedded,NABH & ISO. Certified Multi-Specialty Hospital, which caters to the healthcare needs of Cooch Behar, Dooars, Lower Assam and parts of Bhutan and Bangladesh. Previously this hospital was known as “SHILA NURSING HOME”. In the year of 2001 Dr. Subhash Chandra Saha, the renowned Physician and Cardiologist in Cooch Behar, took over the management of this nursing home. Then in the year of 2014, the nursing home was renamed with “DR.P.K. SAHA HOSPITAL PVT. LTD.”
The Department of Internal Medicine and Clinical cardiology at Dr. P. K. Saha Hospital Pvt. Ltd. is the oldest and most popular department in Dr P.K. Saha Hospital. The department is headed by eminent clinician Dr.Subhas Chandra Saha . After acquiring MRCP, FRCP degrees from UK and extensive training thereafter in UK , Dr Saha has dedicated his life to the people of Coochbehar and adjoining districts of West Bengal and Assam and has been one of the noted clinicians of the region for last three decades with immense popularity among patients . He has been one of the pioneers of cardiac pacing in the region. With sharp clinical skills and astute clinical judgment, Dr. Saha is not only a clinician par excellence, he is a living legend who has an exceptional combination of skill, knowledge, experience, ethics and humility .

Equipped with state of the art infrastructure, we not only serve patients of our in-house doctors, we are committed to provide advanced imaging facilities and perform clinico-radiological mega darknet research in association with all private practitioners of the region. The department is equipped with one 1.5 T MRI (Optima MR360 GE), three digital Xray machines , two high resolution ultrasound machines (Siemens NX – 3 ,ACUSON – 300) and one 128 slice Cardiac CT (Philips Incisive Premium) .

The Hospital has the best neurosurgery infrastructure in entire North Bengal with dual fluorescent, fusion-optics high end LEICA microscope. The department of neurosurgery is well supported by the very experienced critical care team with dedicated Neuro- ICU and the radiology department with 24-hour CT/MRI facilities.
